Base Ingredients
- 10 nanic bananas (or your preference) bites
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ box (100 g) of sour cream
- 1 pinch of baking soda
Cream ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 2 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 sifted yolks (optional)
- 1/2 box (100 g) of sour cream
COVERAGE INGREDIENTS:
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 can of sour cream without serum
Basic preparo way
- Take the banana with sugar and baking soda over low heat, stirring constantly, until it unglued from the bottom of the pan.
- Out of fire, add the cream. Reserve.
Cream Preparation Mode
- Dissolve starch in milk, add condensed milk and egg yolks and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Out of fire, add the cream. Reserve.
COVERAGE PREPARATION METHOD
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add the cream, stirring until a smooth and shiny mixture.
Assembly
In a large bowl or in individual cups, arrange a layer of banana jam, one of cream and cover with the chocolate. Serve cold.
Mother Tips
Yield: 1 cup and a 26 cm diameter refractory.
Garnish with arabesques or chocolate shavings.
