Ingredients
- 8 whole bananas with peels
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of orange juice
- Cinnamon stick to taste
Preparation Mode
- No peeling; wash the bananas and dry them.
- Place the bananas (with the peel) in pieces in the blender.
- Place the mixture in a pan with the orange juice, sugar and cinnamon.
- If necessary, you can add a little more sugar.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Let it cool.
- Transfer to a jar with a lid.
Mom Tips
The well-covered candy is valid for approximately 1 week.
Yield of 2 cups of ready-made candy.
