Easy recipe to make, beautiful, cheap and surprising in taste. Try the banoffee pie! Hum !!
Ingredients
- 6 Bananas Nanica
- Half -lemon juice
- 100 grams of melted butter
- 350 grams of fresh cream beaten
- 8 tablespoons of excellent quality dulce de leche
- 200 Grams Maison Cookie or Milk
- 2 spoons (coffee) of cinnamon powder
- 2 spoons of sugar
Preparation mode
- Peel and cut the bananas into slices and mix them with lemon juice.
- Move the cracker in the processor or blender until thin.
- Add the butter and mix until you get a pasta.
- In small chosen form or in individual pans, model the dough in the bottom and sides of the pan.
- Spread the dulce de leche over the dough.
- Distribute the bananas on top.
- Beat the cream with sugar until whipped.
- Cover the bananas with whipped cream and take the pie to freeze for at least 4 hours to make it very firm.
- Remove, spray the pie with cinnamon powder and serve.
Mother Tips
The dulce de leche can be bought ready or even that homemade.
Cinnamon powder can be replaced by chocolate powder.
The whipped cream made with fresh cream is much more tasty but, if you prefer, you can use industrialized whipped cream.
If you prefer, you can replace the traditional pasta with already pre -roast puff pastry.
Once peeled, so that fruits like banana and apple are not dark, mix them with lemon juice. This slows the oxidation of the fruit in contact with the air.
