Don’t resist a good lasagna! Traditional dish, easy to prepare and pleasing to the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of pre-cooked lasagna pasta
  • 300 grams of chopped mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 medium onion grated
  • 2 large grated carrots
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) tomato paste
  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 1/3 cup chopped green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the meat until golden.
  3. Add the onion, carrot and sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato paste and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add water and cook over low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Add the cream, salt, pepper and green pepper and mix.
  7. In a medium ovenproof dish, spread some of the sauce and make layers of pasta, cheese and sauce, ending with pasta and sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

Mom Tips

Approximate yield of 6 servings.

The meat: Duckling, chuck or muscle. Ask the butcher to grind the meat when purchasing.
