Don’t resist a good lasagna! Traditional dish, easy to prepare and pleasing to the whole family.
Ingredients
- 400 grams of pre-cooked lasagna pasta
- 300 grams of chopped mozzarella cheese
- 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 medium onion grated
- 2 large grated carrots
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) tomato paste
- 1 can of cream
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- 1/3 cup chopped green chilli
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the meat until golden.
- Add the onion, carrot and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add water and cook over low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
- Add the cream, salt, pepper and green pepper and mix.
- In a medium ovenproof dish, spread some of the sauce and make layers of pasta, cheese and sauce, ending with pasta and sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
Mom Tips
Approximate yield of 6 servings.
The meat: Duckling, chuck or muscle. Ask the butcher to grind the meat when purchasing.
