Excellent dish to accompany everyday rice.
Ingredients
- 250 grams of sirloin cut into strips
- ½ bunch of broccoli (flowers)
- ½ cup (tea) of water
- 4 garlic cloves, cut into thin slices
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Monosodium glutamate to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sesame to taste
Preparation mode
- Brown the garlic in the oil.
- Add the meat strips and fry them.
- Add the water, soy sauce, broccoli, cook for 15 minutes with the pan half covered.
- Check to see if the broccoli is soft.
- Add glutamate and salt.
- Once ready, place it on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Mom Tips
Monosodium glutamate is a flavor enhancing salt.
Approximate yield of 5 servings.
For a stronger flavor, if you prefer, replace the oil with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to fry the meat.
