Excellent dish to accompany everyday rice.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of sirloin cut into strips
  • ½ bunch of broccoli (flowers)
  • ½ cup (tea) of water
  • 4 garlic cloves, cut into thin slices
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Monosodium glutamate to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Brown the garlic in the oil.
  2. Add the meat strips and fry them.
  3. Add the water, soy sauce, broccoli, cook for 15 minutes with the pan half covered.
  4. Check to see if the broccoli is soft.
  5. Add glutamate and salt.
  6. Once ready, place it on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Mom Tips

Monosodium glutamate is a flavor enhancing salt.

Approximate yield of 5 servings.

For a stronger flavor, if you prefer, replace the oil with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to fry the meat.
