Ingredients for Chocolate Lot Bread

  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of powder yeast

Preparation mode

  1. Beat the egg whites.
  2. Add the egg yolks and beat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the sugar and beat for another 5 minutes.
  4. In another bowl mix chocolate powder, water and oil.
  5. Add to the dough alternating with flour and yeast.
  6. Bake 200 degrees. Shape 30cm in diameter.

Filling ingredients:

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 3 sifted yolks
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 2 spoons of cornstarch
  • 1 box of sour cream
  • 12 Waltz Dream Bombons

Preparation mode

  1. Bring the milk, cornstarch, condensed milk and egg yolks to heat.
  2. Mix well until thickened.
  3. Turn off the heat and mix the cream.
  4. Let cool to assemble the cake.
  5. Bombons will be used at the time of assembly.

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 150 ml water
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk

  • 500 ml of industrialized whipped cream
  • 100 chocolate bijus
  • 150 cm of tape of your choice

Preparation mode

  1. Beat the whipped cream according to the manufacturer’s instruction.
  2. Cover the whole cake with a thin layer, just to paste the bijus.
  3. Glue the biju and tie the tape, because it will help hold the bijus.
  4. I decorated the top of the cake with whipped cream using pitanga 34 wizard.

Glazieli Tips

The cake should be mounted and at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, then covered and decorated.
I set the cake on the baking sheet lined with a movie paper that can cover the cake after it is mounted.

I used biju (I spent 90 bijus, for this cake) to decorate, but it gets a little withered, it is only for the decoration. But you can use champagne biscuits too, it looks very beautiful.
I did a work with whipped cream and pitanga 34.
