- 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
Dough Preparation Method
- Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter ring-shaped cake tin.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a mixer, beat the margarine with the sugar and egg yolks.
- Gradually add the chocolate, flour and yeast, alternating with the milk and mixing well.
- Gently add the beaten egg whites and pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Remove, unmold and set aside.
Syrup Preparation Method
- In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Drizzle this mixture over the still-warm cake.
