Learn how to make a creamy, refined and delicious mousse!
Ingredients
- 2 cans of ice cream without whey
- 300 grams of chopped milk chocolate
- ½ package of coarsely crushed cornstarch biscuits
- ½ cup of hot water
- 1 envelope of cherry flavored gelatin powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Whole cherries to decorate
- Whipped cream (Optional)
Preparation Mode
- Beat the egg whites with the sugar until fluffy.
- Divide the sigh into two parts.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Add 1 can of cream and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
- Add another can of cream, mix and set aside.
- Mix one part of the meringue with the gelatin cream and the other part with the chocolate cream.
- In individual bowls, alternate layers of chocolate cream, cookies and cherry cream.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Cover with chocolate cream and decorate with whipped cream and cherries.
- Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Serve
