Learn how to make a creamy, refined and delicious mousse!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of ice cream without whey
  • 300 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • ½ package of coarsely crushed cornstarch biscuits
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 1 envelope of cherry flavored gelatin powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Whole cherries to decorate
  • Whipped cream (Optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until fluffy.
  2. Divide the sigh into two parts.
  3. Melt the chocolate.
  4. Add 1 can of cream and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  5. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
  6. Add another can of cream, mix and set aside.
  7. Mix one part of the meringue with the gelatin cream and the other part with the chocolate cream.
  8. In individual bowls, alternate layers of chocolate cream, cookies and cherry cream.
  9. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  10. Cover with chocolate cream and decorate with whipped cream and cherries.
  11. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  12. Serve

Approximate yield of 8 servings.

To decorate, you can use fresh or canned cherries.
