Ingredients
- 500 grams of chocolate
- 1/3 cup (tea) fresh cream
- ¼ cup chopped preserved cherries (without syrup)
- ¼ cup (tea) corn glucose
- 2 tablespoons cherry liqueur
- Chocolate powder for sprinkling
Preparation Mode
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside.
- Heat the cream well, without boiling.
- Add the melted chocolate to the cream, mixing well.
- Add the glucose, liqueur and cherries and stir vigorously until you obtain a shiny dough.
- Place the dough obtained in a refractory and let it rest in a cool place and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove small portions of the dough and make balls with the help of a coffee spoon.
- Finish by passing the truffles through chocolate powder.
Mom Tips
Chocolate powder can be replaced with cocoa powder.
