Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chocolate
  • 1/3 cup (tea) fresh cream
  • ¼ cup chopped preserved cherries (without syrup)
  • ¼ cup (tea) corn glucose
  • 2 tablespoons cherry liqueur
  • Chocolate powder for sprinkling

Preparation Mode

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside.
  2. Heat the cream well, without boiling.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the cream, mixing well.
  4. Add the glucose, liqueur and cherries and stir vigorously until you obtain a shiny dough.
  5. Place the dough obtained in a refractory and let it rest in a cool place and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove small portions of the dough and make balls with the help of a coffee spoon.
  7. Finish by passing the truffles through chocolate powder.

Mom Tips

Chocolate powder can be replaced with cocoa powder.
