Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 2 and ½ loaves, French type, large chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup full of sugar
Preparation mode
- Caramelize a central hole mold with 2 cups (tea) of sugar.
- Let the pan cool.
- In the blender, place the milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, bread and beat enough to mix all the ingredients.
- Place the mixture in the caramelized mold and place in a bain-marie for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The pudding is made in a pan suitable for a bain-marie, on the stove and not in the oven.
