Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 2 and ½ loaves, French type, large chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup full of sugar

Preparation mode

  1. Caramelize a central hole mold with 2 cups (tea) of sugar.
  2. Let the pan cool.
  3. In the blender, place the milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, bread and beat enough to mix all the ingredients.
  4. Place the mixture in the caramelized mold and place in a bain-marie for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Mom Tips

The pudding is made in a pan suitable for a bain-marie, on the stove and not in the oven.
