- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup (tea) of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons mustard

Mix the ingredients, garnish with chopped chives and serve with the fish.
Dough Preparation Method
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and set aside.
How to Prepare Fish
- Cut the steaks into cubes.
- Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Dip each fish cube in the reserved batter and fry, little by little, until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
