  • 700 grams of dogfish fillets

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • Oil for frying

  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • ½ cup (tea) of milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Ingredients Sauce

  • 1 cup (tea) of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons mustard

Sauce Preparation Method

Mix the ingredients, garnish with chopped chives and serve with the fish.

Dough Preparation Method

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and set aside.

How to Prepare Fish

  1. Cut the steaks into cubes.
  2. Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  3. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Dip each fish cube in the reserved batter and fry, little by little, until golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Mom’s Tips

The dogfish can be replaced by another type of fish with tender, firm meat.
