Ingredients

  • White black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 200 ml of sour cream
  • 400 ml of milk
  • Salt to taste
  • White vinegar to taste
  • Sufficient

Preparation mode

  1. Season the meat with vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and sauté the meat.
  3. Add water, the broth, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, after boiling or until softened meat.
  4. Remove from heat and wait for the pan pressure to end. The pan pressure is over; Open it.
  5. Dissolve wheat flour in milk. Reserve.
  6. Add corn, champignon, ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce and mix and saute quickly.
  7. Put the flour dissolved in milk, stir well, letting it thickened.
  8. Turn off the heat, add the cream and stir slowly.
