- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 200 ml of sour cream
- 400 ml of milk
- Salt to taste
- White vinegar to taste

Preparation mode
- Season the meat with vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and sauté the meat.
- Add water, the broth, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, after boiling or until softened meat.
