Brigadeirão Ice Cream Recipe | Mom’s Recipes

Try this ice cream because it is truly delicious!!

Ingredients

• 1 can of cream
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 2 cans of milk
• ½ cup powdered milk
• 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
• 1 teaspoon of emulsifier
• 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
• Chocolate sprinkles or milk chocolate shavings

Preparation Mode

1. In a blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, powdered milk, cream, chocolate powder and neutral alloy until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
2. Place in a container with a lid and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
3. Remove, place the mixture in the mixer, add the emulsifier and beat for 4 minutes.
4. Place in the freezer for another 1 hour, remove and beat for another 4 minutes.
5. Add the chocolate shavings or sprinkles and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
6. Serve in glasses, drizzled with topping and sprinkled with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.

Mom Tips

Use the empty condensed milk can to measure the milk.

Approximate yield of 10 servings.
