Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 excited
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Chocolate confections to decorate
  • Fruits to decorate as desired

Filling Ingredients

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • Chopped fruit to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a medium-sized pan. Book
  2. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
  3. Using a mixer, in another bowl, beat the margarine, sugar and egg yolks.
  4. Add the flour, chocolate and milk, beating well.
  5. Remove the bowl from the mixer, add the yeast and mix.
  6. Lastly, add the egg whites and mix gently.
  7. Place in pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes.

Filling preparation method

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, place all the ingredients.
  2. Stir constantly until you get a creamy brigadeiro.
  3. Divide into two parts and let cool.
  4. In one of the parts, mix the chopped fruits.

Cake Assembly

  1. Unmold the cake and cut it in half.
  2. Spread the filling with fruit and place the other part of the cake.
  3. With the rest of the brigadeiro, cover the cake.
  4. Decorate the side of the cake with chocolate sprinkles and the top of the cake with fruit.
  5. Spread glitter jelly over the fruits.

Mom Tips

Another option for topping the cake: milk chocolate and melted white chocolate. Spread the dark chocolate over the cake and then make designs with the white chocolate. To cut the cake; heat the knife.

Fruit suggestion for decoration: apple, peach, kiwi and strawberry.
