Dough Ingredients

- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
- 1 cup of milk (tea)

Filling Ingredients
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- Chopped fruit to taste
Preparation Mode
- Grease and flour a medium-sized pan. Book
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside.
- Using a mixer, in another bowl, beat the margarine, sugar and egg yolks.
- Add the flour, chocolate and milk, beating well.
- Remove the bowl from the mixer, add the yeast and mix.
- Lastly, add the egg whites and mix gently.
- Place in pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
Filling preparation method
- In a pan, over medium heat, place all the ingredients.
- Stir constantly until you get a creamy brigadeiro.
- Divide into two parts and let cool.
- In one of the parts, mix the chopped fruits.
Cake Assembly
- Unmold the cake and cut it in half.
- Spread the filling with fruit and place the other part of the cake.
- With the rest of the brigadeiro, cover the cake.
- Decorate the side of the cake with chocolate sprinkles and the top of the cake with fruit.
- Spread glitter jelly over the fruits.
Mom Tips
Another option for topping the cake: milk chocolate and melted white chocolate. Spread the dark chocolate over the cake and then make designs with the white chocolate. To cut the cake; heat the knife.
