It’s impossible to eat just one slice! Sweet roulade tastes like a party!
Dough Ingredients
- ½ cup (tea) wheat flour
- ½ cup (tea) sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
Filling Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons full of chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon full of unsalted margarine
- Milk chocolate shavings (decoration)
Filling Preparation Method
- In a pan, place the first three ingredients.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, just until it thickens.
- Retire e reserve.
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Grease a medium rectangular baking dish with oil and sprinkle with chocolate powder. Book.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites, add the sugar, little by little, without stopping beating.
- Add the egg yolks and beat on high speed until the mixture is light and frothy.
- Add the flour, salt and mix by stirring gently.
- Place in pan and bake until golden.
- Once baked, place the dough on top of a damp kitchen towel.
- Spread the filling over the top.
- Using the cloth, roll up the roulade.
- Place on a rectangular platter and decorate with chocolate shavings.
Mom Tips
Do not use chocolate for the filling.

For white chocolate roulade, replace the chocolate powder with ¾ bar of white chocolate. For decoration use white chocolate shavings.
