  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 chicken broth tablets
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cup (tea) of grated provolone cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) of grated parmesan cheese
  • 200 grams of sliced ​​mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking dish, spread the broccoli and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven.
  3. In a pan, dissolve the starch in the milk.
  4. Add the bouillon cubes, butter and salt to taste.
  5. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. In a blender, place the cream, cooked cream, parmesan, provolone and blend for 2 minutes.
  8. Pour over the broccoli and top with the mozzarella.
  9. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Mom’s Tips

If you prefer, replace the cream with light cream.

On another occasion, you can replace the broccoli with cauliflower or other vegetables of your choice.
