Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • ½ cup margarine
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of broccoli (400 grams)
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup (tea) cream
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 beaten egg

Filling preparation method

  1. Clean broccoli by leaving it in bouquets.
  2. In a pan, brown the onion in margarine.
  3. Add the broccoli, water and let it cook.
  4. Add a little more water, if necessary, and let it dry.
  5. Add the cream, stir and let it cool.
  6. Add the mozzarella, mix gently and set aside.

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180ºC)
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, margarine, salt and flour until you get a dough.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove and use the dough to line the bottom and sides of a 20 cm diameter springform pan.
  5. Using a fork, pierce the entire dough.
  6. Brush the entire dough with beaten egg and then spread the filling.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
