Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sifted wheat flour
  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) of sugar
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted margarine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 4 egg whites

Filling and Covering Ingredients

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 1/3 can of lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of vodka
  • Zest of the peel of a lemon
  • Lemon slices

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a 35cm x 25cm pan or a pan of your choice. Book.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a mixer, beat the margarine and sugar for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the egg whites, one by one, without stopping beating.
  5. Add the milk, interspersing it with the flour and continue beating until homogenized.
  6. Add the yeast, zest and mix well.
  7. Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes.

Method of Preparation Filling and Covering

  1. In a blender, blend the condensed milk, vodka and juice.
  2. Take it to freeze.

Cake Assembly

  1. Unmold the cold cake and cut in half.
  2. Fill and cover with cream.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
