A delicious typical dish; Nachos is very popular in the US and Mexico. Try it!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • 200 grams of Doritos or Nachos
  • 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 40 grams of Jalapeño pepper
  • 80 grams of cheddar cheese or thick grated plate
  • Pitty of dump
  • Green salt and smell to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Saute meat in butter and olive oil until it begins to fry.
  2. Add the garlic, the onion and let it brown.
  3. Put a little salt.
  4. Put the tomato sauce and let it over low heat until thickened.
  5. If you prefer, you can put some jalapeño to cook with the meat.
  6. Check and hit the salt.
  7. Out of the pan, mix the chopped tomatoes and cumin to ground beef.
  8. On a platter, place the dorites or nachos, the meat and cover with cheese.
  9. Sprinkle green smell and Jalapeño peppers in slices.

Mother Tips

When assembling the plate, after the doritos or nachos, you can spread a mixture of red with red peppers with yellow peppers, onions, tomatoes (without seeds) and chives.
