Ingredients

  • 6 bananas talk
  • 6 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation Mode

  • Peel the bananas, cut off the ends and remove the fibers.
  • Cut the bananas in half and open each half lengthwise.
  • In a non-stick frying pan, melt the butter.
  • Brown the banana pieces on both sides.
  • Wet with honey.
  • Let it boil for 1 minute.
  • Add the lemon juice and let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite dish, toast and fried bacon, with ice cream or whipped cream.

Mom’s Tips

Always remove the banana pulp, as it leaves a bitter taste in the food.

You can replace the silver banana with another type of banana of your choice.
