Yummy, cute, funny… there’s no one who doesn’t love a cupcake. Surprise everyone in the family with this affection made by you!
Ingredients
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) sifted wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- ½ cup (tea) chocolate powder
- ½ cup (tea) oil
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 ovo
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- American pasta
- Frosting
- Dye
Preparation Mode
- Prepare a mold suitable for cupcakes, leaving it ready with the paper liners.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, chocolate, salt and yeast. Book.
- In a blender, mix the milk, egg, sugar and oil.
- Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Place this mixture into the reserved flour mixing bowl.
- Stir until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
- Pour the dough into the molds until each mold is ¾ full.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
How to prepare the masks
- Draw the desired size mask on a sheet of paper.
- There are big cupcakes and there are small cupcakes.
- Note, looking at the photo, that the masks must be of a size consistent with the size you will make the cupcake.
- Open the fondant and draw/mark the folder using the template you made. Crop.
- Gently shape the mask and leave it on a paper towel to dry.
- Repeat the process until you complete all the masks.
- Decorate the mask to your liking.
Assembling the cupcakes
- Decorate the cupcakes with the icing.
- Put on mask.
Mom Tips
Yield of 10 units.
The fondant can be ready-made or homemade and the icing can be whatever you prefer.
The fondant and icing for decoration can be in the colors of your choice.
