Hmm… homemade burgers are all good, especially when made with carrots! Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 large grated onion
  • 3 grated carrots
  • 1 cup chopped green chives
  • 1 ovo
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tomato slices

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. In a bowl, mix the onion, carrot, green chilli, milk, egg, flour, parmesan cheese, pepper and salt.
  3. Form 4 burgers.
  4. In a frying pan, heat the oil.
  5. Fry one burger at a time until golden.
  6. Top each burger with a slice of mozzarella and a slice of tomato.
  7. Place in a mold and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Mom Tips

Serve with green leaf salad.

Yields 4 servings.
