Hmm… homemade burgers are all good, especially when made with carrots! Delicious!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 large grated onion
- 3 grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped green chives
- 1 ovo
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 4 tomato slices
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- In a bowl, mix the onion, carrot, green chilli, milk, egg, flour, parmesan cheese, pepper and salt.
- Form 4 burgers.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil.
- Fry one burger at a time until golden.
- Top each burger with a slice of mozzarella and a slice of tomato.
- Place in a mold and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Mom Tips
Serve with green leaf salad.
Yields 4 servings.
