The cassava dumpling with provolone is another mouth -watering snack. Savor with friends and also serve at parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked and squeezed cassava
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cubinho of vegetable broth
  • 1 and ½ cup of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • ½ cup of wheat flour to bread
  • 200 grams of Provolone cheese in cubes
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 Beatted Eggs
  • Fry

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, put cassava, milk, margarine, vegetable broth until boiling.
  2. Add the wheat flour at once, stir vigorously for 5 minutes until it unglued from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Put on smooth surface, let warm and knead for 5 minutes.
  4. Take portions of the pasta, stuff with the cheese and close modeling balls.
  5. Pass the balls through the flour, the eggs and then the breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry slowly in hot oil until golden brown.
