Gather the family for Sunday lunch and surprise them with this delicious lasagna!
Ingredients
- 2 kg of cooked and crushed cassava
- 500 grams of mozzarella cheese
Ingredients Special Bolognese Sauce
- ½ kg of ground soft drumstick
- ¼ cup dry red wine
- 2 cans of chopped peeled tomatoes
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- ½ grated carrot
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ cup chopped green olives
- Seedless red pepper to taste
- Herbs
- Condiments
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Cook the cassava well and crush it with a fork or juicer until you get a puree.
- For the sauce, place the olive oil, onion, garlic and carrot in a pan to brown.
- Add the meat and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven.
- Season with salt, pepper, seasonings and herbs.
- Add the olives.
- Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and milk.
- Cook in a covered pan for 30 minutes over medium heat. Book.
Assembling the Lasagna
- In a greased dish, make layers of cassava puree, layers of sauce and cheese.
- Place in the oven until you see that the cheese has melted.
- Serve hot.
Mom Tips
Condiments to taste: ground cinnamon, ground cloves or grated nutmeg.
Chopped herbs to taste: Thyme, marjoram, sage or oregano.
