Filling Ingredients
- 1 bunch of cooked cauliflower in florets
- 3 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Olives (optional)
- Oregano
Dough Ingredients
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablet of fresh organic yeast (15 grams)
How to prepare pizza
- Prepare two pizza pans by greasing and flouring them.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a bowl, mix the water, sugar, salt, oil and yeast.
- Add the flour little by little, until you get a soft dough.
- Divide into two parts, cover and let rest for 40 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a smooth, floured surface until you obtain 30 cm discs.
- Place the pasta in the molds, pierce them with a fork and spread the tomato sauce over them.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until set.
- Remove, spread the mozzarella, cauliflower and parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle with oregano and distribute the olives over the pizzas.
- Return to the oven for another 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Serve then.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, you can add grated ham to the filling.
