Filling Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of cooked cauliflower in florets
  • 3 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • Olives (optional)
  • Oregano

Dough Ingredients

  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of water
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablet of fresh organic yeast (15 grams)

How to prepare pizza

  1. Prepare two pizza pans by greasing and flouring them.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a bowl, mix the water, sugar, salt, oil and yeast.
  4. Add the flour little by little, until you get a soft dough.
  5. Divide into two parts, cover and let rest for 40 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough on a smooth, floured surface until you obtain 30 cm discs.
  7. Place the pasta in the molds, pierce them with a fork and spread the tomato sauce over them.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until set.
  9. Remove, spread the mozzarella, cauliflower and parmesan cheese.
  10. Sprinkle with oregano and distribute the olives over the pizzas.
  11. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  12. Serve then.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can add grated ham to the filling.
