How about enjoying a delicious and refreshing homemade ice cream that tastes just like the one from the ice cream shop?

Charger® Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 jar of peanut butter, Amendocrem® type
  • 1 cup (tea) of powdered milk
  • 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder
  • ½ cup (tea) of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup (tea) of honey
  • 1 tablespoon neutral alloy powder
  • 1 tablespoon of emulsifier
  • 250 grams of roasted peanuts, skinless, unsalted and chopped

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, beat the milk, peanut butter, chocolate, cocoa, honey and neutral binder for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Place the mixture in a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
  3. Remove, place in the mixer, add the powdered milk, condensed milk, emulsifier and beat for approximately 10 minutes or until fluffy.
  4. Remove from the mixer, add the peanuts, mix well and place in jars.
  5. Place in the freezer for another 4 hours.

Mom’s Tips

Serve with chocolate-flavored ice cream sauce and garnish with peanuts.
