Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 3 cups of sugar (tea)
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter pan with a hole in the middle.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Add the milk, cheese, butter and beat some more.
- Gradually add the flour and yeast and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven.
- Let cool and unmold.
- Serve immediately.
