Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breast fillets
  • 1 cup of cauliflower in bouquets
  • 1 cup of broccoli in bouquets
  • 1 finely sliced ​​carrot
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomatoes cut into slices.
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, broccoli and cauliflower.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and saute for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat a skillet with the oil and grill the chicken on both sides.
  6. On a platter, spread the lettuce leaves, the tomato, distribute the vegetables with the chicken and sprinkle with the fresh herbs.
