  • 1 cup (tea) of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter springform pan.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a bowl, mix the dough ingredients.
  4. Using a rolling pin, roll out 2/3 of the dough and line the pan.
  5. Roll out the remaining dough and set aside.

Preparation Method Filling

  1. Mix the filling ingredients and place in the pan lined with dough.
  2. Cover with the remaining reserved dough and brush with egg yolk.
  3. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked and lightly browned.
  4. Remove from the oven, let rest for 10 minutes and then unmold.
  5. Serve immediately.

If you prefer, you can make the pie in a glass or porcelain baking dish of your choice.

Boxed cream cheese (410 grams) can be found in good supermarkets. The boxed cheese is firmer and more suitable for fillings.
