Chicken stroganoff besides being a delight, it’s easy to do!

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of diced chicken breast
  • 150 grams of champignon
  • 1 can of sour cream without serum
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 chicken broth cube
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, saute the onion, add the chicken and fry until golden brown.
  2. Dissolve the chicken stock in the water.
  3. Add ketchup, mustard, salt, champignon, dissolved chicken stock and cook until the chicken is soft.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in milk.
  5. Add in the braised, the dissolved cornstarch and stir until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat, add the cream, mix well.

Mother Tips

Approximate yield of 3 portions.
Serve with white rice and straw potatoes.
