
Chicken stroganoff besides being a delight, it’s easy to do!
Ingredients
- 300 grams of diced chicken breast
- 150 grams of champignon
- 1 can of sour cream without serum
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 chicken broth cube
- ½ cup of hot water
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Salt to taste
Preparation mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, saute the onion, add the chicken and fry until golden brown.
- Dissolve the chicken stock in the water.
- Add ketchup, mustard, salt, champignon, dissolved chicken stock and cook until the chicken is soft.
- Dissolve cornstarch in milk.
- Add in the braised, the dissolved cornstarch and stir until thickened.
- Remove from heat, add the cream, mix well.
Mother Tips
Approximate yield of 3 portions.
Serve with white rice and straw potatoes.
