The recipe is titled bread. Bread or Cake? It doesn’t matter, it’s very nutritious and tasty!
Ingredients
- 100 grams of chopped milk chocolate
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 2 tablespoons softened margarine
- 3 mashed ripe dwarf bananas
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 dessert spoon of chemical baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 eggs
Preparation Mode
- Grease and flour a rectangular pan. Book.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- On a plate, using a fork, mash the bananas. Book.
- Chop the chocolate and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the margarine, sugar, eggs, reserved banana and milk.
- Gradually add the reserved flour mixture.
- Using a spoon, incorporate all the ingredients well until you obtain a soft dough.
- In the pan, alternate layers of dough and chocolate, finishing with a layer of dough.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Mom Tips
The mold I used, internally, measures 14cm x 23. You can replace the milk chocolate with chocolate drops.
