Ingredients
- 1 and ¾ cup (tea) of wheat flour
- ¾ cup (tea) sugar
- 125 grams of butter
- 125 grams of cereal flakes
- 2 tablespoons dry grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Melt the butter like sugar and molasses.
- Dissolve the bicarbonate in the milk and add it to the previous mixture.
- In a large bowl, sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Add the butter mixture little by little, mixing well.
- Using small portions, shape the cookies onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180ºC until you get well-baked and crispy cookies.
- Let it cool.
