Ingredients

  • 1 and ¾ cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • ¾ cup (tea) sugar
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 125 grams of cereal flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dry grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Melt the butter like sugar and molasses.
  2. Dissolve the bicarbonate in the milk and add it to the previous mixture.
  3. In a large bowl, sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients.
  5. Add the butter mixture little by little, mixing well.
  6. Using small portions, shape the cookies onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 180ºC until you get well-baked and crispy cookies.
  8. Let it cool.

Approximate yield of 35 cookies.

Store the cookies in a tightly closed container.
