Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • ¾ cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of boiling water
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking tray and set aside.
  2. Sift the flour, salt and yeast and set aside.
  3. Dissolve the coffee in hot water. Book.
  4. Using a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
  5. Add the vanilla, dissolved coffee and mix well.
  6. Add the flour mixture and stir again.
  7. Shape into balls or whatever you prefer and place on the baking tray.
  8. Flatten slightly and place chocolate drops on each cookie, applying some pressure.
  9. Bake at 160ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
  10. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.

Mom Tips

Store the cookies in a closed container.

If you prefer, you can make other versions with dates, pieces of crystallized ginger or cherries.
