Ingredients
- 1 and 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- ¾ cup (tea) sugar
- 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon of boiling water
- 125 grams of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Preparation Mode
- Grease a baking tray and set aside.
- Sift the flour, salt and yeast and set aside.
- Dissolve the coffee in hot water. Book.
- Using a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
- Add the vanilla, dissolved coffee and mix well.
- Add the flour mixture and stir again.
- Shape into balls or whatever you prefer and place on the baking tray.
- Flatten slightly and place chocolate drops on each cookie, applying some pressure.
- Bake at 160ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
Mom Tips
Store the cookies in a closed container.
If you prefer, you can make other versions with dates, pieces of crystallized ginger or cherries.
