How about a mint ice cream that makes a lot and is super refreshing?
Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 tablespoon neutral alloy powder
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of powdered milk
- 1 cup (tea) of mint liqueur
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 envelope of green unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon of emulsifier
- 500 grams of chopped milk chocolate
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, beat the milk, neutral binder powder and sugar for approximately 5 minutes.
- Place in a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until almost hard.
- Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
- Remove the mixture from the freezer, place it in a bowl with a capacity of 5 liters, and use a mixer to beat it with the powdered milk, liqueur, condensed milk, gelatin and emulsifier.
- Beat for approximately 10 minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Place in the freezer for another two hours or until almost hard.
- Remove from the freezer, add the chocolate, mix, place in jars and place in the freezer until hardened.
Mom’s Tips
It is not possible to do this in the mixer bowl because the dough overflows.
