- 1 cup chilled fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Syrup Ingredients
- 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate for topping, chopped
- 1 box of cream
- 2 tablespoons of liqueur to taste
Preparation mode
- Grease a 25 cm springform pan with a removable bottom. Book.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a bowl, mix the biscuit with the butter and egg white.
- Line the bottom of the pan with this crumb, pressing it down.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Let it cool.
Filling preparation method
- Melt the chocolate with the cream in a bain-marie.
- Add the vanilla and let it cool.

Syrup Preparation Method
- Melt the chocolate with the cream in a bain-marie. Let it cool.
- Add the liquor and stir well.
