  • 1 clara

Filling ingredients

  • 500 grams of semi-sweet chocolate for topping, chopped
  • 1 and ½ box of cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup chilled fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Syrup Ingredients

  • 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate for topping, chopped
  • 1 box of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of liqueur to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Grease a 25 cm springform pan with a removable bottom. Book.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a bowl, mix the biscuit with the butter and egg white.
  4. Line the bottom of the pan with this crumb, pressing it down.
  5. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Let it cool.

Filling preparation method

  1. Melt the chocolate with the cream in a bain-marie.
  2. Add the vanilla and let it cool.
  3. Beat the cream with the sugar until you get whipped cream.
  4. Add to the chocolate cream and mix.
  5. Pour the mixture over the dough and cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.

Syrup Preparation Method

  1. Melt the chocolate with the cream in a bain-marie. Let it cool.
  2. Add the liquor and stir well.
  3. Unmold the pie and cover with the syrup.
  4. Decorate to taste.

Do not substitute butter for margarine.
