Bread or cake? Yes… you can’t make nutritious and tasty bread using organic yeast alone. Without a mixer, without a blender, it is very easy to make. Don’t forget to try it! Take advantage of the pumpkin, we always find it in supermarkets and open-air markets.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • 500 grams of cooked and juiced pumpkin
  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 100 grams of margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a rectangular pan.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. The pumpkin should be cold.
  4. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, margarine, flour, sugar, eggs, chocolate and yeast.
  5. The dough is slightly soft.
  6. Place the mixture in the pan and bake for 45 minutes or until golden.

Mom Tips

Use very ripe pumpkin.

Margarine should be at room temperature.
