- 2 fresh biological yeast tablets (30 grams)
- 1 spoon (dessert) of salt
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon panettone essence
- 3 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of dark chocolate cut into pieces
Preparation mode
- Provide 4 forms of paper suitable for 500 grams panettones. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
- In a blender, in pulse speed, beat the yeast and salt.
- Add water, milk, essence and beat again at the same speed.
- Add the eggs and beat for a few seconds.
- Place the mixture in a mixer and add the butter.
- Gradually, at low speed, add the sugar and beat until smooth.
- Turn off the mixer and add a little by little 1 kg of flour and mix.
- On a smooth surface, spray with the remaining flour, put the dough and work until it starts to unglued from the hands.
- Divide the dough into four parts and add to each of them ¼ cup of chocolate.
- Work the dough to incorporate chocolate well.
- Distribute the masses in the forms.
- Take to bake until golden brown.
