Ingredients Dough
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Royal icing
- Melted fractionated white chocolate
- Gel dye in desired colors
- Edible gel glitter
- Lollipop sticks
Ingredients Filling
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of high cocoa powder
- 100 grams of chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of corn glucose
Preparation Method Filling
- Place all the ingredients in a pan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until to start coming off the bottom of the pan.
- Remove, place on a plate and set aside.
Dough Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Grease and flour a small baking sheet.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Continue beating and gradually add the sugar.
- Add the egg yolks and beat a little more.
- Add the dry ingredients alternating with the milk.
- Beat or mix enough to homogenize the dough.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove and let cool.
- Chop into small pieces.
Cake Pops Assembly
- Add the chocolate cream to the pieces of cake.
- Mix well and shape into balls.
- Skewer them on toothpicks.
- Dip them in white or colored chocolate.
- Drain the chocolate well.
- If necessary, after drying, you can give them another chocolate dip.
- Decorate while still wet by rolling them in edible glitter or decorate them once dry with royal icing.

You can find it loose in small pots or in gel form in small tubes.
If you want to imitate hanging cake pops, use fondant to make the support. Paint them with a brush using a mixture of rum and gold or silver food coloring.
