Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of coriander leaves
- 100 grams of curd cheese cut into cubes
- ½ cup (tea) olive oil
- 4 Brazil nuts
Preparation Mode
- Clean the coriander well by separating the leaves.
- Place the leaves in the blender.
- With the blender running, gradually add the olive oil in a stream.
- Add the cheese and chestnuts and beat again.
Mom Tips
In this pesto sauce, Brazil nuts can be replaced with roasted and chopped peanuts.
Serve with hot pasta or meat.
