Try this oven-baked dessert. Hmm… delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 100 grams of grated coconut
  • ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 excited

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease individual molds or a mold with a hole in the middle measuring 22 cm in diameter, greased with margarine and sprinkled with sugar. Book.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, coconut milk, juice, eggs, yolks, sugar, coconut until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
  4. Pour into molds or pan and bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes or until set.
  5. Remove, let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Carefully unmold and sprinkle with sugar and orange zest.

Mom Tips

Yields 8 servings.

You can, if you prefer, decorate or serve with plums in syrup.
