Ingredients

  • 2 cups of desalted, cooked and shredded codfish
  • 1 cup of black olives in slices
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 cups of chickpeas
  • 2 cubes of shrimp broth
  • Ā½ cup of olive oil
  • 1 grated onion
  • 2 lemonger juice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Soak the chickpeas in water for 6 hours.
  2. Drain, put in pressure cooker and cover with water.
  3. Add the broth cubes, bay leaf, close the pan and cook for 20 minutes after the pressure starts.
  4. After that time, turn off the heat, let the pressure come out naturally, drain and transfer to a bowl.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
