Ingredients
- 2 cups of desalted, cooked and shredded codfish
- 1 cup of black olives in slices
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 cups of chickpeas
- 2 cubes of shrimp broth
- Ā½ cup of olive oil
- 1 grated onion
- 2 lemonger juice
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
- Soak the chickpeas in water for 6 hours.
- Drain, put in pressure cooker and cover with water.
- Add the broth cubes, bay leaf, close the pan and cook for 20 minutes after the pressure starts.
- After that time, turn off the heat, let the pressure come out naturally, drain and transfer to a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
