Ingredients
- 1 kg of cod fillets
- 1 bunch of broccoli florets
- 1 cup whole black olives (optional)
- ½ cup (tea) olive oil
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper in slices
- 2 Carrots cut into fillets
- 2 sliced potatoes
- 1 sliced onion
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fried garlic to taste for sprinkling (optional)
Preparation Mode
- Leave the cod to soak in water for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
- During this time, change the water 4 times.
- Drain.
- In a large pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and add the cod, pepper, onion and garlic.
- Fry until golden.
- Add the potato and broccoli, cover with water and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until softened.
- Season with salt, pepper and add the olives.
- Place the mixture in a refractory and sprinkle with the fried garlic.
- Serve then.
