Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • ½ cup (tea) of oil
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  • Oregano to taste

Ingredients Filling

  • 500 grams of chopped cold cuts
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a small pan with margarine.
  2. Preheat the oven.
  3. In a blender, beat all the dough ingredients.
  4. Place half of the dough in the pan.
  5. Mix the filling ingredients and place on the dough.
  6. Cover with the remaining dough.
  7. Spray with oregano.
  8. Bake for approximately 35 minutes.

Mom’s Tips

Cold cuts: ham, mozzarella cheese, mortadella, etc.

You can use other types of cold cuts of your choice.

If you prefer, you can add cooked vegetables to the filling.

Yields approximately 6 servings.
