Ingredients
- 1 can of green corn with water
- 1 can of drained green corn (without water)
- 5 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- ½ cup (tea) oil
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1 ovo
- 30 grams of fresh organic yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 level tablespoon of salt
Preparation Mode
- Grease muffin molds or, if you don’t have one, grease pie molds.
- Separate the flour and set it aside.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients.
- Place the mixture in a bowl and, little by little, add the wheat flour, kneading the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands.
- Be careful not to add excess flour.
- Distribute the dough into the molds and brush with margarine.
- Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
Mom Tips
If you don’t have molds, don’t worry, you can use a small mold.
Serve with butter or jam of your choice.
