Ingredients

  • 1 can of green corn with water
  • 1 can of drained green corn (without water)
  • 5 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 1 ovo
  • 30 grams of fresh organic yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 level tablespoon of salt

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease muffin molds or, if you don’t have one, grease pie molds.
  2. Separate the flour and set it aside.
  3. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  4. In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients.
  5. Place the mixture in a bowl and, little by little, add the wheat flour, kneading the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands.
  6. Be careful not to add excess flour.
  7. Distribute the dough into the molds and brush with margarine.
  8. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
  9. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until lightly golden.

Mom Tips

If you don’t have molds, don’t worry, you can use a small mold.

Serve with butter or jam of your choice.
