Ingredients
- 1 package of savory pie mix (350 grams)
- 1 and ½ cups (tea) of drained corn
- 1 cup (tea) of curd
- ¾ cup (tea) of cream
- ¼ cup (tea) of grated parmesan cheese
- 200 grams of melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Grease a medium ramekin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Set aside the grated Parmesan cheese.
- In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the ramekin and sprinkle with the reserved cheese.
