Ingredients

  • 1 package of savory pie mix (350 grams)
  • 1 and ½ cups (tea) of drained corn
  • 1 cup (tea) of curd
  • ¾ cup (tea) of cream
  • ¼ cup (tea) of grated parmesan cheese
  • 200 grams of melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. Grease a medium ramekin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. Set aside the grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients.
  5. Pour the mixture into the ramekin and sprinkle with the reserved cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the surface of the soufflé is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
