Shrimp drumstick

Ingredients for cooking the chicken

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 cups of water
  • Salt to taste

To bread and fry the drumsticks

  • 1 ovo
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • Frying hot oil

Ingredients for the mass

  • 2 tablespoons of dry shrimp
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of wheat flour

Ingredients for the filling

  • 1 skinless tomatoes and seedless
  • ½ grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 Tooth of a shredded garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, cook the chicken with water, salt and onion. Then drain the liquid and reserve 2 chicken breasts.
  2. Play 2 chicken breasts with the aid of a fork.

Filling way of preparing

  1. Prepare the filling by placing and warming the oil in a pan. Add the garlic, onion and let it brown.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, tomato, salt, pepper, parsley and sautƩ for 5 minutes.

Mass preparation way

  1. Prepare the pasta, passing the shrimp and the other two chicken breasts in a processor.
  2. Add milk, broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the wheat flour at once and stir until it loosen from the bottom of the pan. Let cool.

Assembly

  1. Roll out the dough in circles, stuff and close in the shape of drumsticks.
  2. Mix the egg, water and oil and pass the drumsticks in this mixture.
  3. Bread the drumsticks in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Remove and place on paper towels.

Mother Tips

Approximate yield of 30 units.
If you prefer, you can add to the drumsticks, other spices of your choice.

Shrimp croquette

Ingredients

  • ½ kg of clean small shrimp
  • 1 and ½ chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tooth of a shredded garlic
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • ½ chopped onion
  • ½ cup of milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 2 exasperated
  • ½ tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 Beatted Eggs
  • 1 and ½ cups of breadcrumbs
  • Frying oil

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, sautƩ in olive oil, onion and tomato for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the shrimp and sautƩ for another 4 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, add milk and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the flour at once, stirring without stopping until you detach from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Remove, add the egg yolks one by one and the parsley.
  6. Model the croquettes, pass them through the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry the croquettes in hot oil, remove, put on paper towels and serve next.
