This gelatin recipe is different from the usual ones, it is not as sweet but no less tasty and delicious! Delight your guests with this dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 boxes of gelatin in different flavors
- 3 cups boiling water
- 3 cans of cream
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- Raspberry jelly boxes
Preparation Mode
- Prepare individual molds, greasing them with oil.
- Prepare a small box of raspberry gelatin by dissolving it in 150 ml of boiling water and then adding 150 ml of ice-cold water.
- Distribute the mixture into ¼ of the individual molds.
- Refrigerate until set.
- In a blender, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a can of cream. Set aside.
- Dissolve 1 box of gelatin (of another flavor) in 1 cup (tea) of boiling water.
- Turn on the blender and add the dissolved gelatin in a thin stream.
- Gently distribute the mixture into ¼ of the molds already filled with the hardened raspberry gelatin.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Repeat the process changing the flavor of the gelatin.
- You will get 3 layers of creamy gelatin in three different colors (on top of the raspberry gelatin).
- Unmold, serve with condensed milk and decorate with chocolate shavings.
Mom’s Tips
When greasing the molds with oil, remove the excess with paper towel and don’t worry, the dessert won’t taste like oil.
For the gelatins, if you prefer, use other flavors of your choice.
Make thick layers to highlight the colors when unmolding.
Wipe the outside of the pan with a cloth soaked in hot water; this will also make it easier to remove from the pan.
If you prefer, replace the condensed milk with your favorite syrup.
With patience you will obtain a dessert with a striking presence and spectacular results!
Yield will depend on the size of the molds used.
