Ingredients Dough

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Ingredients Filling and Topping

  • 6 sliced ​​dwarf bananas
  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a 22 cm diameter pan. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, margarine, sugar and flour.
  4. Remove and place in a bowl.
  5. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the pan.
  7. Spread half of the bananas over the dough.
  8. Drizzle with half of the condensed milk.
  9. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon and pour in the remaining batter.
  10. Distribute the remaining bananas on top.
  11. Drizzle with the remaining condensed milk and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon.
  12. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Remove, let cool and serve sprinkled with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
