Nothing like a light and delicious peach dessert to make your day happier!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of whey-free cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of concentrated peach juice
  • 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 1 cup peach in syrup, drained and chopped
  • 3 egg whites
  • Peach slices to decorate

Preparation Mode

  1. Hydrate the gelatin in the juice and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
  2. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and dissolved gelatin.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, add the egg whites and chopped peach.
  4. Mix gently.
  5. Place in individual bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Decorate with peach slices and serve.

Mom Tips

Use the empty condensed milk can to measure the juice.
