Nothing like a light and delicious peach dessert to make your day happier!
Ingredients
- 1 can of whey-free cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of concentrated peach juice
- 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
- 1 cup peach in syrup, drained and chopped
- 3 egg whites
- Peach slices to decorate
Preparation Mode
- Hydrate the gelatin in the juice and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and dissolved gelatin.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the egg whites and chopped peach.
- Mix gently.
- Place in individual bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Decorate with peach slices and serve.
Mom Tips
Use the empty condensed milk can to measure the juice.
