Ingredients
- 3 fresh biological yeast tablets (45 grams)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 and ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup of margarine
- 1 meat broth cube
- 1 ovo
- 2 exasperated
- 1 kg of wheat flour
Filling ingredients
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese in cubes
- ½ cup of cheese provolone in cubes
- 1 cup of pepperoni sausage in cubes
- ½ cup bacon in cubes
- Sliced pepper
- Cucumber cut in slices
- Sliced tomato
- Lettuce
- Olive
Preparation mode
- Pre warm the oven at medium temperature.
- Dissolve the broth in warm water. Reserve.
- In a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar and salt until the yeast has been dissolved.
- Add the reserved meat broth, milk, egg yolks, egg, margarine and flour gradually drinking the dough until it goes out of your hands. If necessary add more flour.
- Cover and let stand for 30 minutes.
FILLING METHOD
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, the provolone, the sausage and the bacon.
- Other stuffing items will be for decoration.
PANETONS ASSEMBLY
- Divide the dough into 4 parts, distribute the filling between them and knead to mix.
- Put in panettone paper shapes, cover and grow for more than 1 hour.
- Put in a pan and bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once roasted and cold, cut each panettone into horizontal slices.
- Stuff each layer using peppers, cucumber, tomato and lettuce.
- Decorate to taste.
Mother Tips
4 unit yield.
The amount of wheat flour is approximate.
If you prefer, before placing the panettones, you can brush them with gem and spray them with grated cheese.
